My name is Katarzyna Wojcik and I'm professional photographer based in London. I specialise in commercial and newborn photography. I'm in love with portrait and street photography. Photography is my biggest passion since I remember. I started to think about photography as a full time profession nine years ago after my son was born. He was my first model and thanks to him I also fall in love in newborn photography. When I completed my degree in OCR from Art ,Design and Photography I became also more focused on commercial photography .

Having a baby is the most beautiful time of our lives but also very "intense" That's why I decided to be mobile. I cover most of the east London area ( Barking and Dagenham, , Greenwich, Lewisham, Hackney, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets)
For mum and newborn baby is much more comfortable and less stressful when sessions are taking place in their own environment and you own house is a place where you are feel more relaxed.
Also the time is very precious because newborn babies change very fast, and so its best to capture those magical early days as soon as possible. Within the first 2 weeks is best because much after that babies wake more easily, and become less curly.
Its best to book a session after your first scan. I always want to have enough time to book your pre-session appointment.
Its very helpful to meet you in person at your home to discuss details of the session and answer all your question. That way it helps your session to run much more smoothly. The most important is the safety and comfort of you and your baby.

How do we prepare for the session?
When you book you’ll receive information via email. Also we will arrange an appointment before the session to talk about it, sign the contract and discuss all the details.

How long is a newborn session?
A typical newborn session lasts between 2 to 4 hours, the length of the session varies with each baby. I allow plenty of time for feeding, changing and settling.

My baby is already born, is it too late to have a session?
That depends on how old baby is when you contact me, and if I have any available last minute slots. I will always try to fit you in.
What is model release
From time to time when I want to try my new outfits and props or refresh my photo gallery I will announce a model release. You can enjoy a free session and 3 digital images from session.
